RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY.

1) You can only return the product within 48 hours of the product being delivered.

2) All accessories are non-returnable.

3) Personalised and customised products are non-returnable.

4) The product must be returned in its original condition with all labels and tags. If the tag is removed, we will not take the product back.

5) We understand that returning a product can be a hassle, but at our company, we make the process easy and convenient for you. Once your return request is received, we will initiate the pickup process. We strongly recommend that you properly wrap your products before pickup to ensure that they are unused, unaltered, and unwashed.

6) There will be “no exchange or return” and “no return” for products purchased under any offer, discount, or sale whatsoever.

7) Please note that Ready to Ship orders are not eligible for cancellations, as once orders are received, they go through the order fulfilment process.

8) The return shipping charges and other expenses would be borne by you.

9) All the packaging material along with the product Do not remove tags, stickers, etc. Unless you are sure you want to keep the product, the presence of original tags is a must to process returns.

10)  If the customer cancels any style or styles once the order is delivered and requests a return, there will be a charge of 5% on the total refund amount, which will be deducted, and the balance amount will be given as a credit note.

11) We believe that it is our responsibility to keep in stock every item displayed on our website and do not take any chances with availability. However, if an item is unavailable due to any reason, we will promptly inform you via email within 2 working days. This way, you will always know when your order is expected to arrive and have peace of mind knowing that we have your back!

12) Returns are an essential part of any business and should only be granted in certain cases. Customers who encounter genuine size or quality issues with their purchase, or packages that are lost in transit, may be eligible for a return.

13) In case of a return, the customer will get a credit note, which he can use to purchase a product from our website or store within a year. The credit note will be provided to you within 5-10 working days.

14) Please note: once you initiate a return, it takes 7–10 working days to reach the product at our warehouse. Once the product goes through a quality check, we will initiate the credit note to the customer.
